TERMS
Advanced wire transfers on all Visa, American Express and MasterCard accounts! All overdue accounts will be charged an additional 1.5% per month fee.

BACK ORDERS
Items temporarily out of stock are automatically shipped when available unless order form indicates "NO BACK ORDER".

FREIGHT
All orders are shipped freight collect. Air freight is available at customer request.

BUSINESS HOURS
Normal business hours for the Corporate Headquarters are Monday thru Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm E.S.T.

REFUSED FREIGHT
Shipping charges incurred by refused delivery are the customers responsibility. Future shipments will require prepayments until a settlement is obtained.

RETURNED SHIPMENTS
Do not return shipments until Thunder Lightning Enterprises, Inc. customer service department is contacted (954) 772-6631. A returned goods number will be assigned and must be displayed on the shipping box exterior. Non compliance with this policy will result in a refused shipment.

CHROME
Due to the fragile nature of chrome plated parts, our chrome platter will warranty all plated products only until installation.
